Healing scars with my guitar

Last week, I went to downtown Sac to hang out with my friend Cory You. We met on the Fanime forums/Myspace years ago but never took the time to actually hang out. So Cory showed me all the little weird shops in Downtown Sacramento.

We visited a shop that was kinda like Rasputin but more expensive lol

 That had a bunch of Rainbow Brite stuff xD

We also went to Arden Fair mall and Forever 21 in Roseville.

We visited Urban Outfitters and made fun of how expensive some t-shirts were for "hipster" designs. Then Cory and I went to his apartment and he made me one of those similar designs on Photoshop for me:

Then he got me addicted to Grimes and Empire of the Sun's odd music and I went home about 2am xD

A few nights later, Edwin randomly messaged me and asked me what kinda pizza I wanted, then took me to see Snow White. Except I chose to see Avengers for the second time (still not in 3D though xP). 

A night or so later after I got off work, we went bike riding. I took the lead and we biked around Spanos Park, although I told him to make sure that I wasn't leading us into the more ghetto area's haha. Then we went to the park and swung on the swings and talked. Then a Domino's car came by and his coworkers delivered us Pasta and desserts. It was delicious. Then we just sat on the benches talking until the sprinklers came on and tried to spray us. Then we gazed at the stars.

On Sunday, Edwin took me to Buffalo Wild wings (first time I'd eaten there) and I pwned on BlackJack. Cause that's like the only card game I really like.

Kazumi, Kate and I booted up Pokemon Stadium on N64, the other day. It was sweet! ;D

And I have 3 day off in a row so I'm relaxing. My shoulders and pecs are really sore from the gym! I need to start getting ready to go to my coworkers last day party tonight and buy some drinks.

If I play this game really good, I shall EARN YOUR LOVE

This week I've been on vacation. I had 2 finals which were ok, but I've mostly been chilling. I have been trying to draw again x3 and I want to enter the The Darkness II contest on DeviantArt as well as been playing MW3 and I'm rank 26 on first prestige which is sad but oh well xD

I went to Arden Fair mall yesterday with Robby since he had to take a Sac State run and I bought a weird dress at Pac Sun that reminds me of some other generation but I like it so I'll wear it on Christmas x3

 And I bought new Turtle Beaches since my old pair semi-broke =/

And tomorrow is my last day of vacation and I'm going to Sacramento to go eat with the family. Didn't happen. Sooo yeah.

Thursday, the 16th I went to see The Airborne Toxic Event in Sacramento. It was probably the best concert I've been to in my life. I got there early and waited for Robby to be done with orientation at Sac State. He got there right in time, before the band jumped out of a van and greeted us early fans a few hours before the show, we even got to snap some pictures! :]

The show was amazing, the singer shared a lot of personal experiences from writing his songs, he messed with the Ace of Spades staff and sprayed us with champagne standing on the top speaker. Anna crowd surfed and shook our hands at the end. They had a really looong encore. Even the opening band Voxhaul Broadcast was awesome!

The first song I heard from the Airborne Toxic Event was Sometime around Midnight. I also like the song "changing" and several other songs as well. <3 and I saw them once before at San Jose State University event arena but it wasn't as personal interaction there.

Saturday, I drove up with Kayla to Kintoki con. We checked into the hotel and went around the con, visiting the dealers room and artist alley. We played DDR for a bit in one of the random rooms they had off to the side. We got invited to a party but went and saw Moonstream instead which had a few good songs. 

 Kazumi threw a book at me :[ lol

The next day we were sad to leave the comfy hotel beds but went to Jim-Denny's hamburger grill after tediously trying to find a Bank of America and then hit up Raging Waters. Omg that place is Water World from my childhood! But yet modified. We went down several slides and I went down the slide that was like a half pipe, man that was steep! I squealed sliding down on the innertube xD

Kayla and I loved the purple slide cause it was dark and twisty but the green open slide was really twisty and I'd always fall off at the end lulz

So yesterday, I went to Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento with the boyfriend.

It was quite fun. I guess this is gonna turn into a photodump.

The apple store was the busiest store by far. Everyone was playing on several ipad's in there. Here's Robby playing Fruit Ninja.

I wanted to get the Domo for Robby and the Rilakkuma for Kazumi but they were $50 and $65 x_X

A&W for lunch on the way home. They don't have regular corn dogs at the one here in Stockton O_o so i got the mini's

 yet they have delicious corn dogs at A&W in Lodi.

Overall it was a fun day! :] and now I have to help Robby move his room across the hallway at his house and go to work xD
